Become a Workplace Inclusion Champion 2021!

The Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter 2021 is now live.

To participate, Bow Valley businesses can select from 17 actions to implement by September 2022. Depending on the number of actions completed, employers will be recognized as Gold, Silver, or Bronze Champions.

 
 
 
 
 
 

About the Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter

Developed by a partnership of community agencies and employers, the Workplace Inclusion Charter was piloted by 8 pioneering employers representing 28 businesses in Banff and Canmore, Alberta, in 2017-2018.

 
 

 
 
 
 

The Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter is led by the Bow Valley Immigration Partnership (BVIP). Over 60 members from every sector of the community are working together to build a more welcoming and inclusive community. Learn more about BVIP.
